In 2024, two students from Lancaster University found that companies would regularly advertise their graduate opportunities to students through traditional avenues such as brand ambassadors and employment fairs. We found that these traditional avenues were inherently inefficient and costly, so an idea was born out of our shared commitment to improve the accessibility of graduate marketing for brands. Their names are Markus Brooks and Thomas Warden, and their solution was to launch Student Promotions.
